It’s exactly how it sounds, relaxing and truly beneficial yoga classes, but with a very cute twist – Puppies!

As each session progresses you will be surrounded by a litter of some of the cutest puppies you’ve seen. They are free to roam around, run, jump and play to their heart’s content and we don’t blame you if you spend more time cuddling than posing.

With each class, you attend you’ll begin to discover some of the many benefits of puppy yoga not only for you but for the puppies themselves. Puppies are great motivators which should really go without saying, but they add a certain level of excitement that you cannot replicate with a standard session and because puppies although loveable can be very unpredictable, you can be certain that no session will be the same. Adding puppies to the already amazing yoga experience only helps boost some of the main benefits of yoga, such as your mental health, helping you feel more positive and warding off stress acquired through the general day-to-day life. It can also be massively beneficial to anyone struggling with feeling alone and plus we’ve never met a puppy who’s afraid to break the ice so it will never be anything but comfortable and exciting. Making sure that when you walk out the door, you’ll be more relaxed, confident and mindful, all things that’ll help make the stress of everyday life easier.

But don’t forget this isn’t only for your benefit, it’s for the puppies as well. The positive interaction and social aspects of the puppy yoga classes can help improve the confidence and general well-being of these lovely animals, so that when they are finally ready to go off to their forever home. They’ll have the skills and confidence necessary to live life to the fullest with a loving family.
